If you are returning a faulty item, we kindly ask that you notify us via email at info@zinali.co before initiating the return. This allows us to resolve the issue together in the best possible way.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process:

1. Email us at info@zinali.co.
2. Include "Return" and your order number in the email subject line.
3. Provide details of the item(s) you wish to return in the email body.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the collection through our fulfillment team.

Important Notes:

• Returns are accepted for items in their original condition and packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
• Refund will be processed within 7-14 working days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for full-priced items within 14 days, provided they meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

• Dubai Exchanges: Free of charge.
• Other UAE Locations: Exchanges are not free, and fees may apply.
